What sort of work is there to be done?
This year in 2009 I want to establish herb gardens to grow mint, lemongrass and a few more simple things.
Also I want to make a start with some extensive sculpture gardens, so there is lots of work landscaping, making walking tracks, mixing cement for the sculptures etc.
